The Coxinha is one of Brazil’s most popular “salgadinho” or savoury pastries. It is easily recognizable by its distinctive pointed shape, which gives the coxinha its name (coxinha means “little thigh” in reference to a chicken drumstick).  Our delicious cheese coxhinha contain a blend of mature cheddar, cream cheese and palmesan wrapped in a savoury dough made with flour and vegetable broth that’s breaded and fried.
